Uploads are used to produce your order and nothing else. We never resell, publish or reprint a customer's model, and you can delete it from your account at any time.
The quote appears the moment your file is read. Change material, size or quantity as many times as you like — the price follows along.
Before printing, someone opens your model, checks wall thickness and orientation, and messages you if something needs a decision.
How it works
You don't need to know anything about 3D printing to order one. Here is the whole process, including the parts we do quietly in the background.
What happens in the studio
Between your order and the courier, a real person opens your file, decides how it should stand on the bed, and where the supports go. Orientation is most of the craft — it decides where the layer lines land, where the part is strongest, and how much of it has to be cleaned up by hand afterwards.
Then it prints, unattended, for anywhere between forty minutes and two days. When it comes off, supports are removed, seams are trimmed, and the piece is checked against your dimensions before it's boxed.

Fourteen days on shop products, unused and in their box. Personalised pieces and custom prints are made for one person and can't be resold, so they're only returnable if we got something wrong — and if we did, we'll reprint it.
Sometimes a print fails at hour nine. That's our problem, not yours: we reprint immediately and tell you the new date. You are never charged for our failures.
